Self-Smoothie

Smoothie is pronounced differently. It takes a gentle ‘i’ which is written as an inverted ‘e’ in the International Phonetics Alphabet. It’s ‘IPA’ shortly. I have just prepared a self-smoothie. The Self-Smoothie protects you from the things outside.

How much of the nutritional value of the natural ingredients are lost? Should the blade of the hand-blender have been touching it? Or would I have gotten here without the lovely addition of my kitchen equipment? Nobody knows. The lack of knowledge is haunting me. I wish I could guess the nutritional value of my strawberries, calculate everything about them and add and multiply it with my milk. My milk is confusing me too. For how many days can I keep it without further ado? And what did my lovely cows do sweetly?

I will progress to tasting my Self-Smoothie with the help of a spoon. Some people thought that it could be made with yoghurt. My Smoothie found its way into my kitchen, and eventually to my desk, with the help of some organic milk. It has never been straightforward to have it. Everyday has been a battle, quoting Margaret Archer. But for women, more often than not, it is.
