Terrorism in Cyprus
Terrorism in Cyprus comes in different forms and languages. The two administrations who have it as their jobs to work on it refuse to any real work while they successfully breed the real terrorists themselves. It doesn’t have a practical function to define how the international law on terrorism defining the specific social structures and formations constitute life itself here, in Cyprus. What is interesting is that they change their languages and they use the ‘exchange’ very well: they are able to communicate informally while they can claim to be at war. Nobody can force them into doing things which they don’t want, such as solving the Cyprus problem. With the grabbing of the language of the media, the terrorists made you forget that there was such a problem.
They benefit from the road very easily, from everything that is cheap. If you expect anything other than the road to be shared among persons participating in the same social life as you, you won’t find it. Higher paid ‘jobs’ have terrorists just like the poorer ones. The poorer terrorists feel more comfortable expressing their hatred, not so much discrimination, in comparison to the rich terrorists. Wealth could not be a sign of social standing for those who are fair. Many women, who did not care about fairness, continued admiring stupid wealth as a source of ‘comfort’. The Turkish language and culture made it preferable for women to look up to those who accumulated money, through whichever means.
That meant that the daughters of the people who did not care so much about justice could admire simple money. They kept wanting more and more of simple money while ignoring education all together. Values of the real kind are ignored completely, while randomly forming marriages cleared off any conventionally perceived immoralities. The fiscal immoralities became the new norm, during the years of the conflict. There is a conflict on the island of Cyprus which is much ignored. It is the belief in the superiority of the Self which justifies the support toward terrorism and the lack of research in the field.
Nobody writes a single word on terrorism. No-one from within the safely paid persons of the two administrations put pen on paper about what terrorism means and how it’s real in Cyprus. Only denial is real, continuous statements about the glories of the two so-called ‘nations’. A small enough island is easily managed by the ideas which could be bought and sold, but more importantly ‘loved’. We cherished with blood, with familiarity. Everything that was familiar, every single grain of sympathy has been controlled by those in power, only to turn it into the wrongdoing which only they can manage. Surveillance meant manipulation: all your sorrows are abused by the administrations. The courts and the medical doctors had it as their jobs to work on pain. Anything related to ‘pain’ helped to maintain a system of abuse.
Many dimensions of the perception of pain have been removed from the functionings of the administration. It is just one, essentially. Like the constitution of Cyprus, the terrorists in Cyprus speak two languages. They work together while they remain to have the constitution supposedly suspended. Terrorism is life, terrorism is work. Everybody who wants to grow up, must accept, that we have to be involved in acts of terror. As it’s so generalised, remaining alive means to learn how to cope with the physical dimension of the international criminals.
There won’t be a better world until we know. False self perceptions formed by nationalisms stop authentic intelligence from informing the communities. Fed lies everyday by the simple entertainment industry; the cartels of crime perpetuate their crimes. They speak a language of their own, use their own employees to follow, to imply, to threaten and to elaborate a language of their own. A language which allows only the criminals to understand each other. Being a civilian has been made impossible by the crime groups who manage. They pretend that traffic is not justice and abuse what they can, abuse the cheaper assets: communications and traffic. There is an elaborate system of communications despite the apparent lack of a formal system of island-wide communication. The phone companies and the banks control the terror as we believe in the honesty of those whom we can’t change.
Cyprus doesn’t mean anything on its own, but the perception of those who live on it are shaped in such a way that they cannot embrace anything which is not immediately familiar: international cuisine is harmed as much as the international media. They love whom they know, and they could form the jus sanguinis. Jus sanguinis made political economy while it has been an obligation not to produce academic political economic research. Sameness, only. Repeat the swastika which is translated into the languages available. Same old. Everything about your material being is the object of the high percentages of people who could have no other jobs with true morality: they ‘watch’ relentlessly and talk about people. Gossip means intelligence for the majority, and they manage your body, your mental and physical well being while declaring themselves to be the protectors. Hidden gossip means more intelligence as the biggies pretend to have more morality and successfully hide the major crimes of their subjects. The subjects in cyprus who never really became ‘citizens’: they take prays at the round abouts and on special occasions. Inducing fear with their expressions, they excel in hiding their hatred too in the forming of business. Reducing anything about identity into simple letters and expressions of their own, they treat the identities as matter. Matter to be examined, to be managed and to be kept away from the gist of power. Power which the nation states made their own, during the silent post-war in Cyprus. The war lived silently while the terrorists teach with their own means. Ignoring the meaning of terrorisms allows the administrations to perpetuate the acts of ‘normalcy.’ Thought means nothing while the judiciary has made it its job to claim the lack of clear marks of harm to represent non-violence of their own. Education meets jus sanguinis while the sea could not chase away the phantoms.
They never accept what they do. They never have any complaints, even the professionals who do it as a job. It’s a job to receive complaints but it is those who have been able to do things, able to earn money in whichever way, who do not accept that they have been receiving complaints.
All the spaces are used for terrorism: the households as well as the businesses. They know how to hide their own groups, their individual and common intentions. The highest point of the practicing of terrorism, on the island, meant the absolute destruction of the environment. It meant nothing to those who had it as their jobs to protect it. There has been a ‘ministry’ for everything, everything one can imagine. As a fresh Doctor of Philosophy in political thought, I did not consider it for a second that there was an actual office called the ‘transport office’. A ministry, no less. A rathe large institution which, in my personal experience, is used for terroristic purposes against me on my own. Always being alone, I worry about what the insinuations, the implications might mean against me…
I fail to form the big groups of people, the groups in which others could prosper. One after another, human beings securitised themselves with money. For money. A lot of love, a lot of friendship could be fiscalised during the silent years of the war. We could not read about it enough, not in the context of Cyprus. The very word, on its own, does not mean so much to somebody from another origin. I understand this, as I appreciate it. However, the sea deleting so much about the external world means, for me, a kind of consciousness that has to be studied- differently. Studied from the lens of objectivism offered by social sciences, from a global point of view which finally comes home.
The locals have invented an internationalism of their own. A lot of the jobs have connections, links which are visible too. Clear declarations of power, of quality, of major success. A lot of it is against the essence of honesty, of a sense of true quality. They stole quality during the postwar. Postwar Cyprus was rich. Well off, for its own well being. Money came easily so long as they could sell tourism, the sea with the infinite feeling of the colour blue gulping you in. Every working person in Europe needed it. So we got rich. But not for a good reason, really.
